Check out the album cover for the new Animal Collective record. Upon first glance, it's all wavy-gravy, Dead-esque. Stare at it for a moment and it stops.
They threw a bunch of perceptual psychology at us in undergrad, which I've clearly forgotten, but this stuff never fails to amaze me. If anyone remembers how it works, please let me know...
